Shady billing practices, inability to retain staff due to poor leadership skills, finished products look nothing like the designs, the list goes on. Their designs are decent though. Pay close attention to how they bill your time--they have an expensive office space to support!

Three years ago they were nothing short of amazing! Sadly, over time things changed at Blue Laser and our small business was no longer valued and our website suffered because of this. I could write a book of all the issues we dealt with the last year of working with them. Our only regret is that we waited so long to end our relationship with Blue Laser.

BLD totally revamped our site and got us on the map on Google...Literally! Their staff is ridiculously helpful and easy to work with. They are prompt in returning email, questions, and calls and have been great every step of the way from concept to completion!
