Terrible customer service, parts department flat out lied to me saying take over 3 weeks to get my part, when I called Elk Grove dealership, the person had no problem finding what I needed and would have by the next day, seems like the people of stasek don't care about their customers and are quickly to get you off the phone, very rude
Bill Stacek Chevrolet advertised a price on new Volts that was 10k below the MSRP. When I called and asked about it I was told that it was because of all the incentives. I even emailed and asked another employee how probable it was that that price was accurate and she assured me that it was. The next day, we drove quite a distance and when we got there we were told that it was a pricing error. I feel that this was a blatant case of bait and switch to get us into the dealership. It is dishonest business practice.

i would have loved to give 10 but i cant. they did not reset my oil life monitor or put a sticker in the window to advise when i need to get my next oil change. also they call the old owner of my car to advise the car was complete they did not confirm my info EDIT- The service manager called me back and offered to allow me to bring my car back for a sticker and to have them reset the oil life monitor. i changed my initial 1 start to 4 star. I would have thought they would have provided a free oil change or something for me having to return back to the dealer so they can fix their mistake but im still happy they called back.

This dealership trying to bait you on low price, but when you go there is totally different pricing!! On their website the car was listed as 27.997$, but when we came there to buy it they said it cost 29.700$ even if they still had on their website listed as 27.997$. They don't put pricing on cars, like other dealers does, good trick to change the price when you already need to sign the contract, because they don't tell the price when you talk to salesman, he just said just check on our website..
