This post is not true. Customer asked for a logo that we designed. It was email 4 different times in 4 different formats. We did not charge for this artwork. We were not rude. We just refused after sending 4 different sets of artwork to send any more for free.

I could not recommend Bob to anyone. I recently came on with a company to help with their marketing, and Bob had designed their logo which they loved. I asked for a file copy of it while building their website, and Bob insisted I buy something before he would release it. I thought it was rude, but I obliged. He continues to hold it hostage and now I'm having to have the logo redesigned. He is rude, and uses intimidation to increase his sales. Maybe the other reviews are his closest friends and family because I did not experience what they said at all.
