If I can give this store 0 stars I would. I returned two pairs of shoes and all they gave me was a return package slip. Fast forward two weeks later, still no refund and come to find out that they kept the shoes, never returned them back to Finish Line. Ive spent 10plus hours trying to get a refund. This is ridiculous. Taking my business elsewhere. The manager and employee did a careless job at that store and consequently Ive had to spend so much time resolving this issue. This store needs better management and better employees with good customer service skills. They dont even greet you at the door. Terrible experience.

Awful customer service. Do not care about actual people who wanna buy a shoe more towards backdooring shoes. Guy with the dreds, tall guy, lies to you about not having shoes but sells to other people where they pay on top. Awful store.

Cool place. Lots of options on display but not too many options on hand. Very nice helpful people with their electronic shoe size availability checking tool. What a tongue twister huh. I will be going back here in future.
