To respond to your rating. When your son emailed in. He explained what had happened and that one of our welds had broken. After having him send pictures, it was clear that it wasn't the welds on our product, but actually the welds that held our product to his chassis done by your installer and that we would try to help him however we could. After explaining that to him in an email, and letting him know that it was not fully welded and not installed correctly, he agreed and even offered to rebuy the part so he could have it installed correctly.

My son was so excited when he finally was able to purchase his rear kit for his 92 Chevy truck. It was very disappointing when the kit arrived with some of the hardware missing and the instructions not there. After many phone calls they finally emailed the instructions. We never did receive the missing hardware. We had to purchase what was missing locally. After 2 months of driving the truck we noticed some of the welds on the kit where broken and the air bag mount was broke. We contacted them and spoke to a gentleman that was very rude and told us that it was all our fault and to deal with it. Horrible customer service. My son is sixteen years old and worked hard to save his money to buy their product and he was treated very poorly by them every time he called. Just beware they dont stand behind their products.
I asked for some picks of the Ford F350 build and was assured it was no problem. Just send an email. Well after several emails and phone calls still no pics. Must be a money thing.
