I am tremendously pleased with my kitchen from the quality to how magnificent it looks. A phenomenal service right from the start. I worked with AMjad who was extremely professional and patient throughout the entire process with impeccable manners. I was very particular about the design of my kitchen and with his professional input he designed a stunning kitchen for me; allowing me to take full advantage of the space in my kitchen. I never felt there was a sales pitch or any pressure. He always made sure I was happy and satisfied with the design and if there were any changes I wanted to make. He personally attended when the fitters were installing the kitchen to ensure it was all according to the design. I ordered both the kitchen and all the appliances and got it fitted by their trained fitters. I highly recommend Net Kitchens Direct!! You definitely get your money's worth from them and the best customer service and I love how customer satisfaction is one of their top motto. Thank you for all your effort NKD team! Fiona KK Welsh

As many know, i don't normally write reviews and only write them when I believe it deserves to be written. So I had my kitchen re-done recently and I used Net Kitchens Direct. After going to various places Net Kitchen Direct (NKD) were the ones I decided to go with. First of all there is no hard sell with them. They are very open and honest with their approach. They will first ask what your budget is and work towards a solution from there. They are extremely flexible in terms of your requirements. Providing 3D visual renders is standard and really gets you prepared for whats to come. The specific individual I dealt with was Maj, although everyone at NKD are great and approachable. Additionally, they will make visits to your property as and when required to ensure that the required utility outlets are in the correct places. They will also provide a spec to provide to your builder so then there are no potential gothchas later on. Once you've decided on the units, its time for the worktops. NKD have a bonafide worktop supplier and they have a solid relationship with them. So much so, rather than just decide on a worktop via a sample, they take you directly to the supplier so you can see the worktop slabs in its full glory for yourself. The choice is is mind boggling but the benefit of doing this is so you can see the worktop as a whole rather than the small sample and can make more of an informed decision and no error of judgement can be made. Next are the appliances, NKD are resellers for the likes of Bosch, Neff, etc. are their rates are extremely competitive, they will beat any online or high street outlet. In terms of the delivery, it was smooth. You get a phone call the day before to confirm it all. Delivery was done by a two man team and they will take the items into the desired room of your choice. As for installation, once again no messing about by the fitters who are a Father and Son team. They just quietly get on with it all. And this is with a house that has 3 kids and a cat to deal with. They didn't make a mess and if they did they cleaned up after themselves and took out all the rubbish for you. At the same time Maj would pay regular visits to ensure all is looking good. This is service. As for the worktops, once again i cannot fault Rambo (haha) and team that did this. There was a slight mistake on one of the worktops but they went away and corrected it ASAP, as in they provided a new worktop slab. Once again this is service. Now during the installation, we decided to make a change to the peninsular. Once again Maj paid a visit, listened, provided a solution and executed it perfectly. In terms of the negatives, there aren't any to be honest. There was a delay on the appliances but this is happening everywhere. Even if you were to go to the main online and high street outlets they won't even give you an ETA, thats how bad things are out there at the moment, all Brexit related no doubt. Once they arrived, the fitters came back to install them. Overall the experience has been great. I got the kitchen that I wanted. NKD are a small but busy outfit but that's what makes them flexible to anticipate/accommodate a change in circumstances. If you want a decent kitchen, whether on budget or premium, Net Kitchen Direct (NKD) is the place to go to, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing service from an excellent team. From our first enquiry, to the last finishing touch, Net Kitchens Direct more than met our expectations. Karan designed a modern, stylish and practical kitchen for us and the rest of the team made it happen, on time and on budget. There was no hard sell, we were given plenty of time and space to look at different options and make our choices and all of our (many) enquiries were dealt with patiently, politely and promptly. I absolutely love my new kitchen and would recommend Net Kitchens Direct to anyone.

First class service from friendly and wonderful professionals, from the very first initial meeting to completing our kitchen we received outstanding customer service every time.
