Appointment was made a year ago. Arrived promptly for my 3 pm appointment and wasn't seen by the doctor until 3:40 pm. Sat in the waiting room while other patients with later than 3 pm appointments were escorted to pre-exam stations. After 20 minutes, I inquired what was the delay. Certainly not impressed with the reception and lack of attention to it. In fact, the overall appointment process is cold and indifferent. Too much attitude.

My appointment was very good, all staff was pleasant and efficient, the doctor was very good and down to earth as usual, comfortable atmosphere, and it all starts when you first walk in. It's a 52 mile drive for me but it's well worth it!!

After decades of using them ,I finally have had enough. Between wait times and trying to work with schedulers ,it has become impossible. They are too big and don't have enough competition.Avoid if you can. Ask for a referral from your GP. AWFUL !!
