Avoid this company! Despite specific instructions on items we considered most valuable, Shepherd movers packed them haphazardly. (One item just dumped into a paper in a box, when it really needed bubble wrapping). We asked Shepherd movers repeatedly to be careful with a statue. Three months later in the Philippines, the statue is broken, missing a central piece, irrevocably ruined. We transported this statue from Africa with much difficulty. Then it ended up being treated like s$&t by Shepherd. We are disgusted, enraged. Money from insurance cant fix this. All it would have taken was listening to our instructions. But no... So do yourselves a favor and avoid the anger, grief, and disgust that comes with having your precious items mistreated by this company.

My brother lived in the UK for a few years after college, eventually he became home sick and wanted to move back home to Orange County. I was referred by a friend to Shepherd International Shipping, so I left him their number. He contacted them and was so pleased with their customer service! They even packed his fragile belongings so securely, they all came back in one piece! Pretty impressive if you ask me! I will definitely recommend them again!

NOTE* this is for Shepherd in Evanston, IL I'm really grateful for Shepherd International for helping my friend make his move from Kenilworth to Boston possible. While i was visiting home, he told me the bittersweet news that he and his fiance will be moving to London for a new job opportunity. The company was paying for his move, but he had to find his own company. The complication was that he first had to make the move to Boston, since his fiance lived there, before moving to London. We got busy and started looking up moving companies and asking for friends. We happened to narrow it down to two moving companies. Shepherd made it easy to choose them because they made him feel comfortable. They answered all his questions thoroughly, coordinated the move to Boston and also reached out their Boston location to coordinate the move to London from there. My parents moved not long ago from the US to Australia. They were worried about making such a huge move. They were concerned about cost and how they would get their things safe and sound to another country. I wanted to give them a peace of mind and find a company that would be able to help them pack and save time, get their things to their new place and also cost affective. So I hired Shepherd International Movers. These guys were amazing! They are quick, work effectively and they are super nice. They offer full service packing and door to door delivery. I can't tell you how happy my parents were with them. They packed everything so neatly as if it were their own things. My parents have a lot of precious things that can't be replaced if lost or broken. Everything made it in one piece and on time!! I am very happy with the service Shepherd International Movers provided and for making my parents so happy. I highly recommend these guys!!

These guys are awesome! I'm moving from LA to London and I figured it was going to be such a hassle because of stress and wasted money, but I can't thank them enough! They proved me wrong with easy communication, being extremely polite, and they made the move so simple. If I ever need to move long distance again (which hopefully is a while from now) these are the guys I'm going to call! The best part of it all is that they kept their word and were right on time, they handled all my stuff with care, and were FAST! All my stuff got to London without damage, which I never thought was possible. To say that I am happy with their services is an understatement and I strongly recommend them to anyone that has a big move in the future!!!
