Ive been to this Carhartt store on a few separate occasions and every time I go in the customer service is on point. Kat and Abdul have helped me with a handful of purchases and a few returns. Theyre always happy to help, and patient when pointing me in the right direction for sizes. I prefer going into the store rather than ordering online because that kinda help.
