We asked for a sign to mirror and existing sign both in style and size. They told us that they would come out and measure the existing sign. They obviously did not! They matched the style but the sign is significantly smaller than the existing sign which makes it impossible to see from I-40. They also delivered the sign a week earlier than scheduled while the project manager was on vacation. This created confusion in the office because no one knew what was happening or why they were here. Upon being confronted about the size of the sign being wrong, we were told that "we signed the proof". We signed the proof under the impression that they had measured the existing sign and had the correct size for the letters. The company offered to make a new sign for us at a discounted price. Please tell me why I would pay them again knowing how badly they did the first time around. They owe us a new sign that we can use! There's also an issue of needing electrical wiring run. They did NOT advise us of this ahead of time so we didn't have an electrician scheduled. So now we have a tiny sign on a large building beside a massive sign and we can not be seen from the highway. We've wasted money on NO advertising at this point! I will NEVER use this company again and I recommend you find another company as well.

I rarely leave reviews. However, I have never experienced a more unprofessional sign business and dont want others to have a similar experience. I called this place 3 times before a call back. We ordered our sign (only because we had to use them due to building specifications) with an estimate of 2 weeks completion. After two weeks, the sign wasn't complete. We called them every single week (once or twice a week) thereafter to check on the status. When they did answer the phone, they were either rude to my staff, or stated they would call us back with an update. We NEVER received a single returned call. It was nearly 8 weeks before the completion of our sign. On top of that, upon installation of our sign, they destroyed our landlord's existing sign, and refused to replace it. We will NEVER use this company again...and I encourage you not to as well!
