I have had two awful experience here. They are not about the customer but about taking your money by charging high prices for not so quality shirts (I have proof). They do not listen to what you want just thinks what you want puts it together and if you dont like how it came out he justifies his argument by saying thats what you said you wanted. And he will NOT give you a refund of your money. He will argue with you to keep your money. He would literally not refund my money. Make sure you are careful with this business. Business ethics at this place are poor.
They put my item in the wrong place and the wrong size lettering. It was twice the size, not just a little bigger. We had discussed what i wanted multiple times when I originally brought the item in. He didn't write it down. I picked it up from the same guy that I had gone over the design and left it with. He said when the guy that was woking on the order asked where to place it he couldn't remember so he said wherever it was easier for the guy. He had taken my phone number which was on the invoice so could have easily called to ask. His response was basically too bad it is permanent and since I paid for it up front I had not recourse other than to write reviews. I would think size, location and color are three items that would be important to make sure are correct and 1 out of 3 is unacceptable and if you have a question ask don't assume or guess.
Needed shirts for a family reunion. Design was fabulous and I was advised quite well when it came to the toddlers' shirts. Everyone loved the shirts. Quick turn around time too.
I brought a single item to be embroidered on 6/21/2021 with just 4 letters. I had to wait until he, manager/owner to get off the phone to be assisted and then spent 20 minutes detailing my expectation. I understand businesses and the caseload. He told me to expect it to be completed on Monday, 6/28/2021. I asked if anyway it could be completed any earlier. He advised me to call on Friday to check on status. So, I called Friday 6/25/21 and the receptionist advised me to call back at 3pm. I called at 3 pm and the phone switched over to voicemail and I was unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full. I called back on Saturday, 6/26/21; again unable to leave message as mailbox was full. Help me understand the business ethics. Monday, 6/28/21 I received a call from the company thinking they were calling to say my item was ready for pick; that was NOT the case. The manger/owner stated for me to come 10 minutes prior to pickup and wait for my item to be completed. My expectations were NOT MET. I felt that my request was disregarded as not important or a serious matter. I am very disappointed in the service and the customer service.
