Purchased at the end of August unfortunately September and half of October was in hospital the hivizv had not arrived but because I was in hospital for 6 weeks and unable to chase within the 60 day they are unwilling to refund. Awful customer service. They are not wanting to deal with the situation. Awful customer service given that the situation I was unable to chase this then I'm out of pocket. I'll never buy from these again. Looks like Amazon aren't happy either so they will process a claim in the circumstances which I'm assuming will be detrimentally to the business. I've never said that this company are dishonest. I can't help being ill for 45days and more interested in getting better than chasing orders. But if that is a problem I'd assume prospective customers would like to know that if you forget or otherwise incapacitated then this company don't want to know. Customer service is paramount in inline businesses so if you want to go to a company who doesn't care this is the one for you. Hiding behind a condition that is not right or perhaps even legal. My bank are willing to chargeback because they feel it's unfair, and Amazon customer service will process an a to z claim and three service agent I spoke to today is going to process it on 48 hours which in their opinion will be found in my favour. So I'm not out of pocket but I like to let people know when companies act in such a way so that other can make a considered decision to go to another seller with better customer service.

During COVID-19 we've seen our wholesale prices increase by over 30% and we never pass price increases on without confirming this with our customers. Looking back through your order history with us - we confirmed every single order in writing with Harry Lewis and we then received written acknowledgment back confirming each order - our confirmations clearly display all price information which was re-confirmed by your team. We tried to call several times to discuss this, but you ignored us and it's a shame that only when we threatened you with court action for recovery of the outstanding monies did you eventually pay us, and then decide to write the above review. We pride ourselves on having great working relationships with all our customers and feel this could have been avoided. The quality from them was ok...We employ over 170 staff and use about 600 polo`s a year we left our old supplier as they had family problem's at the time and was a little hit and miss....We agreed a price with Amanda to move our business over to them...So the rest was left to my office staff to order and so on...the main issue was when we had an accounts review... then to find Corporate Togs had increased the price of the polo`s by about 1.50 a shirt without informing us when this was raised with a gentleman from them the answers back was the cost has gone up ...we agree some things move in price but never charge our customers more without informing them....We then called our old supplier back to be told yes they have gone up but only by 0.30 a shirt.

Cannot recommend Corporate Togs highly enough! From initial designs, approving logos through to delivery, the whole process has been faultless with communication from the team at every stage, making sure we were happy with samples before going into full production. Have found ourselves a new preferred supplier for all workwear

Hi Faisal, thank you for your review - we take all your comments on board, and will try our hardest to do better next time. I will try and address a few points you raise for clarity. The lead time on your order was little longer than usual, due partly to supply chain issues with COVID, but also because you placed your initial order via our website, and then added to it via telephone at a much later date. Regarding your logo charges, we charge a set-up of 15 per logo, and you requested 2 logo's on your garments (15 x 2 = 30). During a time where everyone should be supporting each other we'd have appreciated the opportunity to rectify this for you, but we weren't made aware of any issues regarding your order when you rang a few weeks ago to request a copy invoice - which we sent straight away. Very Slow service 5 weeks for delivery. No itemised invoice recieved for all the items I ordered which became an issue later on as I ordered embroidery logo but recieved printed logos which are rubbish. When I received items the paperwork did not show cost per item which is wrong. Charged me 30 for uploading my logo when website states 15. Poor packaging, sweatshirt was folded onto itself and the logo has stuck into itself ruining the item.
