They came by Open my pool in April. They broke the handle on my filter they tightened up my hose so tight that it cracked it and also they cracked my skimmer. When I spoke to Mike from Aqua pool about my filter cover and the handle being broken he said "well you do have two of them and only one is broken". They did send out a guy the next day to come and fix my skimmer crack and when the filter was pointed out to him and how was broken he said that was his fault and it broke in his hands. When I told Mike that he said that he would call me back and he did and told me that the guy never said that. The guy did come out and fix the skimmer for $70 by putting putty in there and that did not fix my problem it's still leaking. Also I bought a pool cover from them when they closed my pool in 2017 and this year the pool cover was ripped when they opened my pool. By the way they opened and closed my pool for me in 2017 and in 2018. So the pool cover that I bought from them in 2017 in the fall is now garbage and I have to buy a new one this year when I close my pool, even though they told me when I bought the pool it was a 25-year warranty on the cover.

Made an appointment to have my pool heater worked on and they said they were about two weeks out. I told them that was fine and that I already had the part to install and wanted them to install and service/clean the heater. The following day I get a call from "Mike" he leaves me a voice mail saying we don't do those types of things...install other peoples parts. Really? Why not mike? Because you can't mark it up? Don't worry there are other professionals looking for business.

I came to this store looking for some gaskets for my spa. They sold me the proper parts and guided me on how to properly operate the levels!! I am completely satisfied!! I spoke to a lady on the phone who was friendly and there were 2 VERY helpful gentleman in the store! A+++

Called them 3 years in a row to schedule the repair of my pool heater. Claimed I would be called back from the service dept. Never got a call even after following up. Please avoid, bad service.
