Was abit miffed off as I asked Mathew krabbz to lay my flooring. I was happy until I saw a crease in my carpet so I peeled it back and to my shock under my flooring was lined with toilet paper ? I asked for underlay ? I dont understand and wouldnt mind but it was only 1 ply.. 3 out of the 40squares I saw had skid marks on them.. I'm not sure why he would do this I'm a loyal customer and they were 100% mr.Krabb's skid Mark's because last time he laid my floor he used the toilet and it took 3 days to air the stank out. Wouldn't mind but because I'm short I can smell it more. Do not reccomend
Very pleased with the flooring and carpets that were fitted. I will be using them again in the future. Edit- I did score 5 stars originally but the issues I've had since, with an issue that arose and then dealing with this company have shown me that this is not a company I would use again or recommend. I very much felt I had to treat them with kid gloves and was constantly being lied to. It ended after 3 months hassle with me being slightly out of pocket and just getting a refund for the materials only, I will still have to pay someone to do the work again.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Two days after carpet fitted, it had gone all baggy. Of course things go wrong for all businesses from time to time. They agreed to come and refit and i said that I was happy to work around them time wise. After 4 weeks or so just left waiting I called into the offices and said i was fed up of waiting and agreed that they would refit today (6th August 2020). The fitters have not turned up despite me calling Matt this morning and being assured that they would be here this afternoon. Called again at 5pm promised a call back - the lady did leave a VM for the fitter I understand - but at no time have I been called back. We live in a small cottage and it is very inconvenient emptying a room out. Matt I expect to be the first call in the morning. Thank you . Andrea - Appleby.
