The agent, Max, who showed us around the property was very uninformed, careless and unprofessional. After weve made an offer, he forwarded it onto the Landlord few days after (promising earlier to do it the same day). We also asked to be secured a chance to propose counter offer should there be any others, but after being led on for few days, we got an email from the same agent saying the property was already let to someone else. A huge disappointment as we really liked the flat and wasted quite some time because of lack of professionalism from Dutch and Dutch.

They dont do viewings on a Saturday. If you work Monday to Friday then this agent should meet more accommodating to prospective clients schedules.
