Would love to be writing a 5star review for my new tattoo but unfortunately my arm is bare. After a consultation with Antonio I was super exited to be getting a half sleeve tattoo. I booked some two weeks in advance for a six hour appointment, paid my 100 deposit and was good to go. To make sure everything was as scheduled I contacted seven dials the day before my tattoo to check everything was on schedule. I was told that my appointment was now only going to take 3-4 hours and I didnt need to come till 4:30pm as it would not take as long as expected and would be less expensive. I was a bit confused but agreed and confirmed. Later that night I received another message to say their mistake, it will take a day and I am to rebook and it will be 600 still- Im sorry but thats ridiculous. Obviously they over booked or my tattoo had been forgotten completely. Then they tried to squeeze me in and then thought better of it. Ive changed a holiday to the Netherlands for this and as I work 50hour plus a week its not so easy for me to just reschedule. My time was clearly not important and neither was my tattoo. - still waiting for my deposit refund.

I went to get my septum done and I showed multiple reference photos from their Instagram - they asked if I wanted a curved bar which I said yes to as I assumed this was the standard septum shape (which I guess is my bad for not researching the names but I also dont think I would be expected to know) since I had shown the photos of what I wanted. After it was done I said I wasnt happy with the result as it wasnt what I asked for and I understand theres not much which can be done after but it did cost 50 and the piercing cant even be seen until I change it in 3 months.

Had a rook piercing with Raph yesterday and the whole experience was so amazing. She was so professional and put me at ease by explaining what she was doing step by step. The amount of care going into hygiene and making sure the equipment was sterile was amazing. The whole process took about 5-7 minutes and I loved the piercing and placement. Would definitely recommend and will come back for another piercing once this heals!
