I bought a used car with only 35,000 miles on it, on December 31st, I only drove this car like 1800 miles total up until April when the brakes started squeaking and the engine started running rough. So, I took it in to a mechanic and found it has bad motor mounts and my brakes including rotors and pads were shot. I called the sales manager who in pretty much told me to pound sand. I have bought two cars from Autonation and they treated me like garbage not a customer. Autonation sold me a lemon and even worse, they knowingly sold me an unsafe car. Words of advice, stay far away from these people, they're no better than homicidal thieves.

Crazy expensive for service. I will not go back. Over $1200 for oil change, tire rotation, checked brakes, changed filters and fluids topped off. They used to provide a loaner car but now provide a shuttle service that we had to wait an hour and a half for.

I initially went for routine service 2 weeks ago which appeared to be great despite it costing $1300. Upon coming home engine light came on. I took it back on the next available time that was open. For 1 week now I have made 6 calls and left multiple messages and spoke to receptionist multiple times but no one would call me back to update my cars status. I get excuses like the service person is in training or the manager will get back to you. I am going tomorrow to pick up my car whether its fixed or not.
