Nice shirts, terribly slow delivery speed. Website says 7 to 10 days. Shirts arrived on day 11 - needed them for a bucks party. Ended up having to go back to the shop on the 10th day and ordering an express order which was completed within two hours. Then had to pay for a whole second load of shirts. Although they gave me a discount ($20) I now have 10 shirts that I don't need and am $80 poorer. Its a shame they don't print all their shirts within two hours and then exceed customer expectation by having them delivered within 5 days. Especially when the order was for delivery in the City. If you need them in a rush, just pick them up yourself.
Fantastic! I ordered 2 t-shirts early in the week and they have already been printed and delivered (within 5 days)! Prompt service and the quality is great. We have previously ordered similar products from other suppliers and the difference in quality is remarkable. The print on The T-Shirt Co shirts is excellent quality! We have been in business for over 25 years, we take our business seriously and understand how important our customers are. We feel your one star review is unfair as I explain below. In regards to the artwork you provided us, we have already explained to you that the reason for part of the artwork in your print not turning out how you expected, was purely because part of the file you provided was semi-transparent. So our team have printed the artwork as supplied. Our team check artwork on arrival, for low resolution files etc. However we cannot be held responsible for checking all files for transparency, we trust that customers will upload artwork that is ready for printing. This is why we have a terms and conditions pop up prior to checkout, which you agreed to, this is a checking mechanism to make sure our customers know that it is their responsibility to check the artwork file before uploading, as this is what we will print. We have already apologised for not contacting you immediately about the substitution stock. Due to COVID and the increase in online shopping over the last few months, there are extreme stock shortages across the whole country. We substituted are higher quality, more expensive garment for you, so we are sorry that you didnt think it was suitable. We did however email you directly two weeks ago, saying we were happy to provide a replacement or refund for the substituted garment, which you failed to respond to. We feel your review does not accurately represent our service to you and wed love you to come back and try us again, as we truly value our customers and pride ourselves on offering exceptional service and turnaround times.
