We are sorry to see your review. It is incongruent with the many 5 star reviews weve received. Admittedly the past couple years have been difficult, and we do have some of the staffing issues many businesses have lately. Our prices are typically MSRP as we are full service. We do not cut corners servicing SCUBA equipment as that would be unethical. As it is now, we currently dont have a repair technician as our last one died of Covid-19 in August. I grew up going to Bill Jackson's and as an outdoor enthusiast, I was excited to start shopping there again when I recently moved back to the Tampa area. I'm sad to say that this place has really gone downhill in recent years. I've been there several times in the past year and I left each time feeling upset and insulted by their rude staff. These people are incredibly stingy. They are over-priced and terrible return policy makes this very apparent. Each time I've gone there I overhear the staff something about them having trouble because of their online competition. I really don't care about their money woes, but this is not the way to be competitive. I would definitely be weary of servicing my scuba gear there in concern of them cutting corners to save money. I'll be taking my business elsewhere going forward

So I searched archery shops and this place came up close to where I live so I figured I'd give it a shot. Big store walked in had to find where they kept firearms so maybe five compound bows hanging and two employees behind the counter asked if there was any more bows and the one employee said something about how there's other employees here even though none of them can make eye contact with me. It was such a weird experience and all the guns were so expensive that I will definitely not come back. It's like a Florida Dollar Store version of Cabela's
