I 'leased' a trumpet from here as recommend by the school. The used trumpet we got was worth half the price they charged based on the rental. The lease program lasts forever that you either lose all value and turn it in or buy it, you would be better off buying a used instrument. They advertise free repair while renting but the reality is you pay for it. Skip this place.

I called for info about repairing a flute.. they told me that they check the instruments o Wednesdays and Fridays. I was there Friday around 3 pm. they told me they ship the instruments to another store. and that would be o Wednesday. they dis not explained any of that over the phone about a time limit to bring the insteumets. they didn't even apologized for miss informing their clients,.and it was onviousthey didn't care .

Always had a reasonably fair experience at this store.. until today when I went in looking for replacement bridge for p bass. They did not have any but had a set a All Parts Bass Saddles. I thought this is perfect,might even save couple dollars on buying a all new one. Nope. 34.95 for 4 ALL PARTS Base Saddles Not Fender wich a entire bridge costs $23 not Graph Tech or even Gotoh or some crazy Omega Bass Bridge you know costs money. Standard generic P Bass Saddles The kid at the counter explained they were mexican ?? What the heck does that have to do with marking up $15 parts almost %100 .... perhaps they thought saying they were from Mexico would impress me. Perhaps they didnt know I work in a Recording Studio for a living. I was absolutely disgusted by the price. A couple dollars extra to support local business I'm with But I WILL NOT be taken for nearly DOUBLE my money while some one tries to explain thier country of origin like it's a Lawsuit Les Paul....... Completely unethical to have a price that high. These were BP 00025 All Parts Saddles to see price . I was told 34.99. Never again.
