Perry, I'm really sorry that you feel unhappy with the level of service that you received from our company. In regards to waiting the additional time frame for new materials, we were at the mercy of the supply chain to get those new materials. Those types of things are out of our control. As far as the timely communication, we happen to be in an industry that is crazy busy right now and since we are a small company, we all wear many hats on a daily basis around here and sometimes things slip thru the cracks. I'm not using this as an excuse to have made delayed updates to you, but just being honest about things. Communication definitely could have been better on our part! In regards to the payment request.... I asked if you would mind settling up some of the balance, until the final materials came in. There was a large outstanding balance on the job and we spoke about me sending you a partial balance invoice (with a retainer being left open on your behalf until things were complete) and you agreed to pay that portion. That's the reason the invoice was sent to you. The only reason you received a few text messages from me after that was because I thought that maybe you got busy and forgot. They were just friendly reminders to pay the balance that you agreed too. We do hope that your experience with us would not deter you from recommending us to other people. We always finish the jobs and give people everything that they requested from us! Not every contractor can confidently say that.

In total spent $25,000 with this company. First round of installs were not finished in estimated time. I waited a few weeks for someone to finally come finish. Work was, for the most part, well done. Total cost this round appr. $12,500 Decided to add some cabinets in the garage, a closet island, and customize all remaining bedroom and hall closets. Paid the deposit of 50% and waited about 6 weeks. No problem. Estimated install time is 2 days. 70% of work was completed and did not hear back from the company for about a week. They come back out and finish most of the work. However, holes were improperly drilled in the master closet leaving it undone. This was a $3,800 project alone. I hear nothing from anyone for 3-4 days. Finally Im contacted by the owner who says someone will be out to finish the work as soon as the new supplies arrive. These supplies replace the improperly installed ones. At this time I am invoiced for my final payment, which is supposed to be paid upon completion. I was texted several times and pestered about paying the final portion for an incomplete job. It was about 3+ weeks before the work was finally completed at which time I'm now receiving more invoices and text messages for payments. I felt I was placed on the back burner while they complete other jobs and asked to pay prior to work being completed. I have paid my balance now. Going back over the work, one bookscase installed has a baseboard that wss simply wedged in and not secured. It fell over. The garage cabinet system (over 6k) has legs that are buckled and look as though they're about to break. Finally, one of the 3 laundry rooms i had them do...well, a wall board of about 2.5'2.5' in size was secured with a single screw. It has since come off the wall. Not entirely happy with the overall installation considering the cost. The overall work is fine. Compared to the custom closet work that was already in my home, it's similar in quality. Overall good work but they seem rushed and will leave projects unfinished and expexect a payment.

I was able to work with Lauren who came over and designed my pantry room and mudroom. She was extremely open to my ideas after a few modifications to the design. The guys who came to install the cabinets made sure that everything was per the design specs and they even made sure that no pipelines would be hit when drilling! I definitely recommend this company and I will use them again.

Super professional from start to finish. I can't say enough about the design services. I visited with other companies and they all asked me what I wanted design wise. I wasn't sure exactly what my closet design needed to be, but Chelsea really worked with me and listened to make sure the final design exactly fit our needs and functioned to fit our life style. Everything was exactly as promised from design to scheduling and installation. You will not be disappointed if you go with this company.
