Captains Cabinetry gave us wonderful service on something that they really weren't responsible for and we were highly impressed. We had a simple drawer that the runners were broken on and they knew not only exactly what cupboards they were, but that the manufacturer typically had a warranty for them. They not only informed us of this, but contacted and ordered the replacement parts for us and did all of this when they weren't even the ones who originally sold the cabinets. They easily could have sent us out the door, charged us for parts, etc. but they didn't. They really took care of us. Would highly recommend them as very honest, reliable, polite/kind people who go out of their way to help.

Began the process of a kitchen remodel during the spring of 2021. I knew nothing about this business other than often driving by. After a remodel shop in Lansing seemed to not be interested in our business, I stopped in Captains Cabinetry. From there, the process was smooth, easy, and delightful. Paul walked us through the selection process by patiently answering questions, making appropriate suggestions, and wasnt put off if we rejected anything he suggested. The process was on schedule from the first day to the last. The few hiccups we had were addressed immediately. Finally, after having to wait nearly three weeks for our dishwasher, Paul arranged for a plumber to show up and install within 24 hours of delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend this business, or use them for future projects. A Plus!
