I talked to our team in the Richardson store and they did not want to blame you, only inform you that the tag was unfortunately altered so they are unable to sell it. I use to like this store but colors stayed the same after a supposed 2 day sale email. I wont buy any clothing if its color isnt on sale because prices are to high. My last visit I had 3 items, I asked if 1 could be discounted cause thread was coming loose and I would have to sew the seam she said no so I said I dont want that then. She then proceeds to whisper with the old cashier thats always there and they accuse me of switching the tag. I said that is how I found it and I dont even want it now so whats the problem! She put it down and rang up my other 2 items and now Im not going back!

Been here twice but didn't find anything good - the prices are a bit high. After today I wont come back because the staff are rude. I walked in without a mask and they yelled at me to put one on, I didn't have one because I am fully vaccinated. I asked for one and she told me they don't offer them. I came back with a mask and saw several customers with masks under their chins but the employees said nothing to them. I don't mind wearing a mask if you really insist on it, but you dont need to be rude about it and maybe provide them to people. If you're going to go that far, at least be consistent in requiring them to be worn correctly.
