The 2 t-shirts were dispatched on time. We offered this customer a refund but she was unwilling to wait while we investigated the location of her parcel with Royal Mail. She was also abusive and offensive on the phone... Our policy is to terminate any calls where the customer is abusive to our staff.

I didnt receive 2 t-shirt that were ordered nearly 3 weeks ago when I asked for a refund I was told that it was within the Royal mail somewhere with out any tracking order and they would not give me any refund and it would come eventually . Then they hung up the phone on me.

Very very poor...email contact to order shirts does not work so unsure how they are getting orders. Told them about it and they appear to have no idea how to fix it. Been tryinG for weeks to order two shirts now had order accepted for 20!! Not arrived yet but Hopefully if they are legit I will get refund for 18 of they come at all...I have sent two e-mails and had no reply and no answer on phone to cancel orders.

Matt is absolutely amazing he really went out of his way to help us getting an order printed on such short notice, even printing extra shirts the day before we needed them! Nothing was too much for Matt to help with. The quality of the printing was fantastic and the final product was better than we imagined! Couldnt thank Matt enough for all his hard work and will definitely be back for more printing

Ordered a printed hoodie from here, firstly it took about a month to arrive. Secondly the colour of the print was completely off and the quality was so poor, not a quality print at all. The colour of the logo I wanted printing and the colour printed on the hoodie was night and day! The owner refuses to offer a refund and hung up the phone! Absolutely disgusting service and extremely unprofessional. To top it all off, he charged us more than what was advertised on the website! If you need anything printing, AVOID this company at all costs! Shocking customer service and disgusting behaviour. No effort to resolve anything and make things right.
