If I could leave 0 stars I would, this company cannot handle negative comments, they actually banned me from commenting on Facebook which I find hilarious. I would beware of any product you buy from them as they knowingly will let faulty product go out and just cross their fingers that they dont get many returns. Why send out product that you know is bad? Shows how lazy they are about getting things fixed before sending it out. Their only shining star was their customer service but thats only a bandaid on a company that lets bad product go out.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Swampfox Optics . Up until recently I was a red dot only guy for my rifle (Aimpoint). Given the recent world events I thought it might be prudent to give myself some additional capabilities of range and PID with a LPVO. I scoured the internet for reviews on Swampfox products and didn't come up with much, they're a fairly new company that seemed to be offering budget friendly options with quality and features - enter the Arrowhead family of scopes. July 4th seemed to be the opportune time to do business with them because they were running a package sale that included the scope, their new mount as well as one of their RDS's that fit an RMR footprint as a freebie, sweet! Only July 5th I placed my order and the website stated "Please allow 7 days for July 4th bundles to ship." Ok, no problem. On July 13th I inquired via Facebook messenger why my order had not yet shipped. I was told that the free RDS included in the bundle was sold out and they were awaiting a new shipment which was holding all of the orders up. I was told the anticipated arrival date of those RDS's was July 25th (20 days after my order was placed - not 7 like my initial expectation). Understanding that there wasn't anything they could do to just make an RDS appear to fulfill my order I asked if they could simply ship the scope and mount first and that I would wait for the RDS in a separate shipment. I was told that was not "feasible" due to a system limitation. Ok.... fine. Fast forward to July 28th. I receive a package from Swampfox... it's the RDS. No scope. No mount. Wait a second. I was told it wasn't feasible to send split shipments. I was told you were waiting on the RDS's and that was what was holding everything up. Then you send me the same item you claimed was holding everything up first? Ahead of the item I actually wanted first? Ok.... fine. I then go to remove one of my RMR's off of my pistols and put the new "Justice" RDS on. It doesn't fit. Try to add it onto one of my Raven Concealment Balor RMR mounts. It doesn't fit. Jesus Christ.... I inquire about the possibility of swapping the item out for something I can use - one of their RDS's made for the P365. I am told that I can swap it out if I would like but my inconveniences up until this point be damned and that I would be required to pay the $20 difference between the two items, pay to ship the RDS back to them and pay for return shipping of the new item to me. They sold me something that was "designed" to fit on RMR footprint pistols and doesn't, now I am expected to pay for the privileged of getting an item that should work as advertised. July 31st I receive my LPVO. I go through the process of removing my current sighting systems (Red dot and irons) reconfigure the rifle, mount the scope and then take it to the range and zero it. I would then go on to sell my red dot to help fund this new project as I no longer had a use for it. A day later I realize the illumination dial is having some issues where in the "ON" setting the optic doesn't illuminate at all. Not again.... So back to messenger I go where I reiterate everything that has happened up to this point and add onto it the fact that the scope is DOA. I send them a video of the issue happening on Facebook. I'm told by the Facebook individual that they were given authorization by the "CEO" to work on my issues themselves. I was offered to send my scope in and wait until an indeterminable time for a replacement or a refund.

Amazing Company with some amazing products. Would easily put them in the tiers of some of the pricier and more well known manufacturers out there.

Got a Sentinel for my p365. It failed during my first trip to the range. I dont feel like I can trust a replacement on my carry pistol, and requested a refund. Rep refused. After my experience, I searched and apparently this is a common issue on subcompacts. I now have $300 paperweight. Thanks swampfox!
