Hi Mrs. Graves, We are surprised by your review because we have attempted to resolve the issue with your glasses since this is your first time with a progressive bifocal lens. We offered you at no cost to you a change to reading only or a lined bifocal which you declined. You had also stated that you had not given the progressives much time and that you were seeing very clearly through your new glasses when you came back to the office for recheck. We did verify your glasses on two different occasions by two different opticians and they were made correctly. As you can see with our other unsolicited reviews, that we pride ourselves in quality, service, and experience. If you are still having trouble adjusting to the progressive lenses, we would be more than happy to reorder lenses for reading only or a lined bifocal without any additional cost to you. We are not just words, and hence, I gave you a call personally today with voice message to have you come in to recheck your prescription if you would like as well. Hi Mrs. Lanae, I am not sure what you are referring to as our prices do not change and we offer superior lenses and lens options. You wanted glasses for 10 dollars without insurance and that's just not practical for any practice. If there are any concerns or misunderstandings please feel to contact us and ask for the owner and we will be sure to take care of you. I feel like they tried to finesse me and my family BIG TIME!!! Making up prices and etc. I liked them at first but lost me and my family business for good! This is not professional at all, sorry! They are nice people but like money more than their customers I guess!! I don't know how to reply to their review back to me but they know darn well they NEVER offered me anything for nowhere near $10. It's best to NOT reply to my review then replying and lying. Makes it worst.

This was the best contact lens experience I have ever had. The staff is warm and welcoming. Easy check in, easy check out. Dr. Patel spent time listening to me about my difficulties tolerating contacts. He worked with me over a period of weeks to give me the perfect fit with great close AND distant vision while wearing one pair of contacts. He really does offer superior eye care and the latest technology. Great health care!
