**Join at your own risk** I left my CrossFit gym of 7 years to join Unleashed in August of 2020. I was welcomed by the community immediately, I felt safe and comfortable, made some new friends, and got some great workouts in. However, as time went by we lost a total of 6 great coaches, classes began to get cancelled out of no where most with no warning or explanation, and the owner started to make it uncomfortable to be there. He sent out several emails involving personal matters, posted in our community Facebook page, sent messages through social media, and was extremely unprofessional. Ultimately my membership was cancelled with out warning - I woke up to an email alerting me to my cancelled membership. While Id been planning to leave the box in the upcoming months, I was unfortunately kicked out due to, I assume, the owners personal issues which began to bleed into the everyday workings of the gym. I all of a sudden was no longer a part of this amazing community of welcoming, encouraging, uplifting members - some of whom Id been working out with since I joined CrossFit in 2013. So, If youre looking for a community of amazing people, this is it. Anyone who joins would be lucky to workout with such amazing members. But, beware of the owner, and join at your own risk

Pros: large space, nice equipment, walking distance to the M/R, very friendly people Cons: Oversized classes and minimal to zero actual coaching. I did CrossFit for a year at a different box, and learned so much. However, once I transferred here after moving to the area, I didnt receive any feedback, either positive or negative, about my technique, form, or progress. Its boxes like this where inexperienced people get hurt. I watched people (who explained they started CrossFit just a few months prior) doing deadlifts with a rounded back and leaning back under the weight of a push press. I tried to help them along, but I wasnt paying to be a coach, I was paying to be coached. I really wanted to like this box. I attended for about 6 weeks. It was right next to my home, and the people were so welcoming. But if I stayed, I would not progress or meet my goals because the coaching just isnt there.

I drop in to a lot of different crossfit facilities. I really enjoyed the training at crossfit unleashed. Anthony is top notch and the community is fit and fun! I highly recommend this box for training or dropping in if you are from out of town.
