I unfortunately sent my girlfriend into this store to refill our 5 gallon jugs of water. She walked into the store and failed to notice that every single person (staff and customers) we're not wearing masks. By the time she realized that she was surrounded by people that were ignoring the common sense protocols of winning the war against the pandemic, she was already locked into the customer service experience. There was somebody in the back with a covid cough and then the staff member mixed up our bottles and handed our bottles to another customer. It was a very disappointing experience. Shame on us for not recognizing careless pandemic practices at the outset and shame on this business for not observing legal requirements and common sense protocols during trying times. For the record, they did serve my girlfriend with high quality water with a smile (and perhaps a dose of covid).

I went into the store on Thursday, July16 and none of the three employees were wearing masks. I was surprised to see this since our mayor has mandated that masks be worn in retail stores.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent selection of bottles, and other accessories. They have many different choices for kinds of water. Sedona needs this store, and I am so glad they are here for their customers. Love their spacious store. Easy accessibility with plenty of parking.

Owners do not comply with Arizona mask law. They do not require or question anyone in the store without a mask. There was a man without a mask standing in the entryway of the front door making it impossible to distance. Apparently a number of people have called the local police on the store. The owner admitted there are past customers who no longer patronize the store. We will never go into the store again and we are reporting them to both the State and the City. We feel bad for local merchants who are struggling in this economy. In this instance, these owners have a blatant disregard for public safety and for their customers. I would recommend you stay away from here as, based on their own apparent lack of concern for the law and for others, it's a prime spot for Covid transmission. So sad.
