I would like to start off by saying that TK Embroidery has some of the most friendly people in any business that I have dealt with. One of the employees even offered to drive my product to my home. I ordered an embroidered cap about 8 weeks ago. They took a picture from an old cap and told me it would be ready in a week. When I stopped in the following Wednesday, it wasnt done yet and the lady said she was leaving town next week and would have it done before she left. It did not get done then. After another weeks wait, I talked to her and she said my military ribbon would have to be hand made as she didnt have a pattern for that. She would get right on it. Another week later I stopped by and was told that she couldnt find a black cap to work with. At that point, I was told that they would call me when it was complete. That has been 8 weeks. In the meantime, I ordered one on the internet from China which has arrived. I would still like the one from TK Embroidery but I think I have been forgotten.

Mr. Shaw, first let me start off by apologizing. We take 100% responsibility for this misunderstanding and inconvenience. Please let me try to explain your review. The first job you brought to us was digitized and the thread color was picked off of a picture on the internet. We matched the colors as best we could. If they were not to your liking we apologize. The second job you were asking for us to do for you, your wife picked the thread color, and that job was completed perfectly. When we were ready to start embroidering youre third job we had everything except, we did not have the saying you wanted underneath your logo. The design was never lost but the saying you wanted was not there. We tried contacting you twice and left two messages with the phone number that was left with us. We did not receive a call back. When you arrived today, I apologize that I was with another customer and the woman who you dealt with did not know the situation. All we needed was the saying underneath the logo. I would like to offer you to bring back your items that need to be embroidered. We will do the items at no charge. Please give us the opportunity to make this right. Again, we greatly apologize for this inconvenience and misunderstanding. Our customers come first.

These guys are awesome. Went there for help designing a logo for business that I am trying to start. Not only are they super friendly but went above and beyond to make sure we got it perfect. I showed up to there store around 4:30pm and Tony stayed with me there until around 8:30 that night. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone that I know.
