Although rare, any item being shipped has the chance of being damaged in shipment. It is our business policy that any package damaged during shipment is automatically eligible for a free reprint. We can start that claim process immediately through UPS, which will result in a reprint at no additional cost. I went to a bridal expo in St.George UT and heard a few horror stories, that included their invites being damaged. He would not refund them and many stories about spelling errors and mistakes on invites. My sister used them for her wedding and had an awful experience Ive been telling everyone at the expo to not use him because he doesnt even see the invites before shipping.... he sends the design to some random company in California and they print them and ship them... theres a reason their so cheap! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
He was late, showed up with his family and then made me feel rushed to get through my appointment because his family was waiting for him to "go do something as a family". I loved being able to create my invitation but I had it pretty much made online already and seeing his screen was way to hard. The screen is a mac screen and expected me to look over his shoulder the whole time. They need a second screen. I also after getting my invitations noticed that there was a slight different color on two of my inserts. I was disappointed with how he seemed to downplay this as only 1/2 a shade and not noticeable and after me saying I only noticed the next day he said, "so you didn't even notice at first." I also was told that even though I stated that I wanted the exact same color that I had approved it and that prints can change color from the printer. It is a small business and it is obvious and I wanted to support a small business but was not impressed with my overall experience.

I was mega stressed about having to do reception invitations. I had a clear idea of what I wanted in my mind but absolutely no idea how to execute it. Not only did Anthology easily help me achieve my design ideas, but they did it quickly and they turned out so beautiful. I highly recommend them to anyone for any announcements or any type of card. Their designs are beautiful, and their work is top quality. Don't walk, RUN!

This was an amazing experience working with anthology prints. I was blown away by what he could do to make our designs personalized! He color matched the flowers on the invitation to the color of my orange dress. And created a design from scratch by adding leaves, flowers and greenery around the border or the invitation. He helped us design for an hour and a half which was about 30 dollars. But getting a completely unique invitation is priceless!
Hello Dixie, we are truly sorry about your shipping experience. Shipping errors with UPS are rare but if damage occurs we are motivated to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We can offer a free reprint as outlined in our client agreement, or a refund for any damaged items. We would just need you to contact us directly so that we can either start the claim process with UPS (that would be for the complimentary reprint), or update your client agreement so we can issue a refund for the damaged product. Regarding the misprint issue, our proofing process allows clients to have full control of the final design by providing them with unlimited design revisions, and we will always print the files as approved (as per our online policy). If an error does occur that was not approved, we will reprint the item at no cost to you, and if the error was approved we will still offer a discount for the reprint. Only one file is used for printing, so all invitations in a set will be printed identically. All I can say is it has been a horror story working with this company! I had my invites come damaged and the boxes all busted and reached out to the company to at least be refunded the $40 some odd dollars I paid for shipping and Brian (owner of the company) still will not refund me. Not only were the invites damaged but half of them were miss printed, my dads name Jerry was miss spelled in 50% of the invites. When I asked Brian if he checked them before he sent them he told me he did not because he send them to California to be printed and shipped... if I could give 0 stars I would.
