Hi Darren, I'm sorry for your frustration. If I recall, this occurred a few weeks ago. The inventory was out of stock, which was why you called to pre order, and we had an outdated price on our site which we had to update to reflect the normal price since the item is now on backorder. We don't offer sale prices for backordered items, only for items in stock, and we don't have an ETA for replacement stock at this time. We notified you that the preorder price is the normal MSRP, to which you did not want to pay, so we canceled the order. Feel free to give us a call at the store to discuss if you like. 585-623-5075.

Very Unprofessional. I called them to place an order for an upholstery tool which was listed on sale on their website. Customer Service began taking our information for the order and then placed me on hold. She returned saying the owner had decided not to honor the sale price listed on his website and instead had decided to update the price on the website. I asked them to reconsider since it was still showing and asked that the owner please give me a call. The owner (nor management) never bothered to call. If you have a price showing on your website you should honor it!! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE IMPORTANT TO Clean Pro in Rochester, NY.

Hi Kris, Im sorry for our delay in responding, however today we did make several attempts to assist you with multiple phone calls and emails and asked several times when the best time and number is to reach you at. We also offered several solutions to either assist with technical support over the phone by two staff members, or return the machine for a full refund, or take the machine to a local distributor. I'm sorry you are not satisfied with our many attempts to help. Yes we took a bit longer than we prefer to help, however all we can do is move forward. As I stated in my 4th email to you today, please let us know when the best time is to contact you tomorrow during business hours so we can assist. Or you may ship the machine back to us for a full refund. Unfortunately we do not have a machine in stock we can exchange with. Our previous inventory is not related to your inquiry. We can help diagnose to get it working again if there's a vapor lock or other simple fix, or if there's a manufacturer defect, we can assist with a warranty claim to the manufacturer. Please understand we are doing everything we can to help you get your machine functioning again, although we may be limited being remote, we will do everything we can to help.

I would select no stars if I had the option, but by far one of the most disappointing customer service experiences Ive ever encountered. I purchased a Mytee 8070 from them on 07/13/2021. About 2 weeks after purchase, I started to have issues with the unit. I sent an email to their customer service, and waited 72 hours with no response. I then called their customer service line to explain my issue. The customer service rep, then transferred me to the President of the company - David. I explained to David my issues with the unit, and told him I had some video of the malfunction. At his request, I emailed 2 videos to him, and told me that he would speak to his technician and either himself or the technician would reach out to me. A week went by without any call back or email. At that point I began to email them and text the number listed for assistance. I called the customer service line, and no reply. Another week goes by and no response again. I tried contacting them again on 8/13/2021 (30 day return policy), and still no response. I finally got a hold of someone and now they want to help after 30 days. They had the same item in stock a week ago, but now dont have it in stock for me to exchange. Im guessing they didnt want to exchange the item for me because they rather have someone purchase it and make a profit.
