Been waiting nearly 2 months for news of my order. I have rang three times and left three messages but still no contact from anyone. Horrendous customer service and I have no idea when/if I'll be receiving my order.
PSM have had a very hands on approach with our business and have guided us through the whole process. Any problems have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Delivery of the items have been superb and the products produced have been of the highest quality!
I first worked with PSM back in 2011 as a student who was President of the Canterbury Christ Church University Football Club. The service was excellent back then and they gave us some good freebies for the club committee members. Since then I've gone on to work for the University in the sports department and due to their good service then have continued to use them for our clothing requirements ever since. They have been very good for us and the items are always delivered packaged with the recipients name on which makes it so much easier for us to distribute to whoever is receiving it.
Hi Neil, I can only apologies on this as I left voice message initially when I tried to take payment and I am unsure why the payment would not go through. I accidently deleted your email and did not have any subsequent way on contacting you then, so I tried to resolve this via the School but due to GDPR they could not share details. We have supplied 100s of items to the School and can only apologies that they was an issue with yours. In conclusion as a good faith gesture without prejudice - we will supply you with the garment Free of Charge as we only wish to foster good working practices. I wish you the very best. Take care. Placed an order 10th February by email for a gcse training top for my daughter, they acknowledged and said would process on the 11th. Nothing heard since. Sent a chaser email on the 23rd March and still no response. These were the only supplier for the school and I completed and used their form. Dreadful customer service. Raised it with the school and they don't reply to them either. Best avoided. Edit - they now claim they have tried to contact me but I have no emails, calls(missed or otherwise) or even a letter from them. They then claimed the card details provided were incorrect, I checked the copy of the form I kept... They weren't. So rather than apologise and say they made a mistake they blame the customer. Definitely avoid. Disgraceful.
