highly unprofessional removal men who got involved in familial arguments and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They managed to scrounge an umbrella and a stereo from us; we were not trying to get rid of the umbrella. My mother subsequently purchased a new umbrella. They constantly moaned about the fact that my mother had not given them the right calculations about how much there was stuff there was to me, then went back to my mother and said negative things about me. One of the removal men also proceeded to say negative things about me on the telephone. They also repeatedly moaned to me about being late for their next job. Some of the most unprofessional work men I have ever come across. My mother is a difficult person by nature and rather than exuding professionalism, they made the situation much worse and I felt upset and intimidated. Moving house is a very stressful situation and I expected professionals like this to be adept at dealing with these sorts of anxieties. I was very shocked.

RUBBISH QULITY CHEAP PRODUCTS MADE TO LOOK NICE Brought a table and 4 chairs (thought we were buying qulity how wrong was i) RUBBISH QULITY CHEAP PRODUCTS MADE TO LOOK NICE 2 chairs replacemed twice due to having lots of wobble, After the 3 we kept them as it was getting a pain although after we got them there not the same. I wouldnt bother trying to dispute it as they send of a company to see if the faults are due to ware and tare as the sure service indepentand company they send out works for the companys that supply glasswells so a byest side. Company and qulity has gone down hill waiting months for your item so that can ship cheap china products I wont be using glasswells If i can keep a few people saving there money thinking stuff is build to last from glasswells i will be happy.

Their Chai is super hot when I received and I love it. But the chai tea doesn't leave a long taste as I expect, the aroma is kind of shallow to me. They have free wifi, a lot of outdoor seats, staffs are very friendly, although some of them are too friendly and spent a lot of time to talk to some guests before me and I ended up waiting 16 minutes for my chai tea. The space is adorable and clean.
