Hey Sam... Man, I'm sorry you feel that way. We always strive for 100% satisfaction with all of our customers. As was relayed multiple times we were not able to pull your fridge out due to its size and placement. I mean we're pretty big guys Sam and we move A LOT (and i mean a lot) of fridges, but that thing would not budge which is why you were asked to pull it out. Any pest control tech worth their salt will tell you the fridge is usually ground zero for cockroaches. You were asked after the first appt, again after the second appt and then a third time on the phone to pull it out. Suffice it to say... here we are. From your report, I assume you got it pulled out... That's awesome! I'm glad it worked. Just a reminder... Be sure to pull out the dishwasher as well. They were pretty bad behind there. I do feel you're being a little disingenuous about our pricing structure though. As you know, many pest control companies demand contracts be signed before they will take the job. We just like to keep things simple with a per treatment fee. We do this because if a customer isn't happy or is being unreasonable neither of us are locked in. This not only allows us to be more affordable than most of our competition, but honestly if we're not doing our job we don't deserve your business. We find its just a more honest way of doing things. This was something that was explained and agreed upon before service. Something I assume you were happy to take advantage of. In conclusion, we hate to see a 1 star review. No one wants to see that. Severe roach infestations are some of the worst to handle. They take multiple treatments and success is honestly 50% in the hands of customer and 50% in the hands of the pest control company. If directions are followed and rash decisions are calmed 1 star reviews turn into 5. Good Luck my friend.

I dont usually write reviews, but the poor quality service that we received from these guys requires a review. These guys are not here to solve the problem; they are here to make money. After we rent out our house, the roaches infested our house. We hired this company because of their 5 stars rating on Google. One of these guys came and sprayed the visible surfaces of the dishwasher, range and fridge in the kitchen without moving anything. On the first treatment, he recommended another treatment. The roaches just multiplied. There were crawling everywhere, alive and well. On the second treatment, another guy performed the treatment this guy was better he made a small progress we found some dead roaches, and the roaches were not as wild. He actually talked through the problem recommended a third treatment to include behind the appliances. Off course, each time is a fee. Now I am curious why the appliances were not moved during the first or the second treatment. Because of frustration, I hired a different pest control this guy was really good! He got to the root of the problem. We moved all the appliances- so much infestation behind the appliances he sprayed every where. So many roaches died; we even found so many eggs. For the next 24 hours, I can only see one or two roaches instead of the army of roaches that we been seeing. I wished I could give negative 2 for the first guy and plus 3 for the second guy. My advice for them is to get to the root of the problem the first time but Ill not be using your service again
