we did not catch this review (as this is a spam account with the same name) but this review is a second post from a dissatisfied customer attempting to make our shop look worse. it was outlined both on the repair ticket and in person the price of the repairs. we stand by our prices, and always work to keep our customers happy.

Ive gone here since I was little and am in my 30s now. Sadly their customer service is lacking and they have overpriced their labor on simple repairs. They snuck in extra fees and didnt stand by the prices they have posted on their website. Im going to be giving my business elsewhere from now on.

In a response to Nicholas Tkaczuk his bike was scheduled at 4pm on 10-7-15. He brought the bike in on 09-30-15 that was damaged. We had to order a new white wheel that had to be shipped from California that takes 5 working days. That is why the bike was scheduled for a week away. It clearly was written on his ticket. After he was leaving because he was early he said he was going to write us a bad review, I then stepped outside the front door and suggested he just take the bike with him to avoid any other unnecessary complaints and complications.

Definately NOT the "friendliest" bike store.... I bring in my son's boke for repair on 10/1/15 as they have had the bike SEVEN DAYS. The repair ticket is scheduled for pick up on 10/ 7 / 15 for 4pm... I showed up at noon and got ridiculed for being there 4 hours earlyas they have not even started the repair job. When I entered the store I was greeted warmly and gentleman I spoke with on repairing my bicycle was very helpful and I will make it a point to bring my bike in and get it repaired there.

Excellent customer service. Fantastic selection of bikes and accessories. The guys working there were able to answer my questions, and allow me to gain some knowledge as well. My visit was definitely short. But, I was able to find a bike to fit my needs, and leave with it within a hour. It's not often that I seem to find service like this these days. But, you can still find it here. I'll definitely be returning as a loyal customer. Thank you for the excellent service. I'm truly pleased with my bicycle purchase today.
