I am entirely unhappy with the result of my botox treatment. Not that my lines didn disappeared but the new one has formed.I went for the correcion, but the frown line still remained and the right eyelid and the eybrow slightly droped.So after the treatment and 320 less in my pocket, my appearance is the worst then before. I had treatments before abroad and the results were absolutely amazing each time, also much cheaper.

I really not know why there is so many positive comments (probably from friends and family all people that work there). I'm absolutely disappointed with treatment, there is no results at all and even after week is even worse then before. I did write short messenge to the clinic but they did not respond, not even say sorry. I do not recommend and will never go comeback again, I only lost the money and time!!!

Face clinic is amazing. Lovely clinic with a homely vintage feel in the heart of Soho. Fantastic Doctors. My favourite is Dr Anita Kapoor shes amazing with a very gentle less is more approach. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else in London, better than any clinic in Harley street. 6 star service.!!!!!! Great prices.with such a personal touch. Visiting here always feels so special Im really surprised about the negative review thats showing below mine. Please read the other positive reviews apart from mine. This clinic is amazing I have been coming here for 6+years. I had an appointment in Nov 2021 and will be going again end of April 2022 I just wanted to update my glowing review for the whole clinic especially Dr Kapoor & Dr Lister.

Had botox several times elsewhere with no problem. But I am afraid everything you do not want to happen, happened. Sunken eyebrow and droopy eyelid. Doctor and practice pleasant enough but at the end of the day comes down to the treatment. Won't go again.
