This hotel is STILL accepting bookings when it is NOT open, blaming COVID, however the hotel is under renovations and not open until 2022 according to their sister hotel in City centre that they transfer you to. You pay a rate for what you think is newish hotel to be transferred to a more tired hotel at the same rate. The response 2 months later tells you everything you need to know about this hotel. Avoid!

Do not book with this hotel. They offered a voucher for $2,700 pre-paid stay that was affected by the pandemic and and have been unresponsive to me or my travel agent as I've attempted to rebook. Going on five weeks of no response. Stay at the Hyatt.

Hotel accepted a booking without being open. No communication and it cost us an extra $120 GBP due to the COVID test kits that could not be cancelled. Just terrible, would not recommend.
