This place used to be flawless now it seems everything has gone downhill. From entering in talking to the receptionists at the front desk to the end of my visit with the optical staff. Amateurs and unprofessional. The old staff seem to have turned over. Everything seems to be a-miss the last couple times I have been here. Has there been a change in ownership?

Don't go there! They invoiced us for a contact lens evaluation we didn't even asked for, and at no point, we have been told it was an extra service which would require an extra cost... When we left they said we were all set, and then they called us to ask for money! After our explanations, the girl on the phone told us she would clarify the situation with the doctor and would call us back with more info. Instead, we received an invoice... Really, don't go there, this is more dishonesty than professionalism for me...

Highly qualified professional, informative, caring & kind, both the staff and the doctors. Over the years I have seen Dr.Taylor, Dr. Ross and Dr. Ruiz. I have always felt listened to, and prescribed lenses that met my personal and professional needs. The use of the latest technology keeps me current on the health of my eyes. I also appreciate that the office atmosphere appears relaxed and still efficient in respecting my time. There is a calmness when you first walk into the always clean, well-designed office, and over 10+ years later I would still highly recommend Family Eye Care Center.

You can see all the great ratings are from a while back. This place has gone downhill and the customer service is horrendous. They NEVER NEVER pick up the phone. It took months to get one new set of prescription glasses ready and they never bothered to provide any updates. Please choose a different place.
