Ruta, Like I already explained air shipments departure each Friday so parcel picked up on Monday needs to wait for departure until Friday. Our prices has not changed for years but if you ship so tiny box it might seem high due to delivery fees included in each shipment.

the first time I used this shipping service I was very pleased with the speed and pricing. But my last shippent was a disaster. They picked up a package and hold it for two weeks before shipping it. Also the price was much higher than before. Something went wrong with this company.

If I would have an option, I would give this company zero star. Very rude and unprofessional staff, screaming on customer, not helpful. Holding my paid packages hostage unless I pay them more money. They claim to send the packages fast and cheap, but then they charge extra money. Everybody, stay away from this company!

Póki co, tylko raz skorzystałem z usług tej firmy i jestem bardzo zadowolony. Przesyłka z USA dotarła do PL w niecały tydzień (bez niespodzianek od agencji celnej). Obsługa wykonała wszelkie czynności o jakie prosiłem. Telefonicznie i mailowo otrzymywałem odpowiedzi na swoje pytania. Bardzo polecam i na pewno będę korzystał przy kolejnych zakupach w USA :)

Dzisiaj odebralismy z Urzedu Celnego nasz samochod wyslany przez Plus Expres do Polski. Zanim zdecydowalismy o wyborze Plus Expres sprawdzalismy inne moze bardziej znane firmy, ale szczerze polecamy tylko obsluge Plus Expres. Niestety w ostatnim czasie przesyłki morskie maja duże opóźnienia co dotyczy wszystkich przewoźników. Opóźnienia są na koleji, w portach, choćbyśmy bardzo chcieli nie mamy na to wpływu ani możliwości aby ten proces przyspieszyć.
