very bad service, I just went to see the electric bikes that they had for sale, and I decided to go on my old electric bike, when I got to the place an employee came out and told me that they couldn't fix my bike because they didn't accept that brand, but I never asked for repair, I wanted to buy a new bike, basically my conversation with him was a few words: -Hi, how are you, -We DON'T FIX THAT KIND OF BICYCLES HERE, -I don't need a repair, -NEXT, BYE. horrible service, I will never return to that place

They only let in a few people at a time , on street parking, i had my bike on rack I didn't go in , because I didn't want 2 take 2 long, that naborhood XXX
This morning, my roommate dragged me to The Bike Connection to pick up her newly purchased bike. What an experience. Jimbo is sunshine on a cloudy day, with bike knowledge that reaches beyond the horizons. His spirit and passion for all things bikes is beyond. He truly made our day, maybe even our entire 2021. We cannot recommend The Bike Connection and Jimbo enough. I look forward to future trips for all my biking needs.
Such a bummer because the store looks great, lots of bikes in stock, and lots of folks working there that can help. The reason for the two stars: they are so rude and act like you owe them something when you walk into the store! Staff is very hit or miss, some are extremely friendly and helpful and others were just waiting for us to leave and even told us to hurry up since they were closing soon. Never mind, we are just buying a "cheap" $950 bike... We came in to pickup a bike that was pre-ordered by a family member as a surprise birthday gift, they brought it out and gave it to us without a single word--do we test ride it, do we just leave with it, no explanation of features? Rode it around and the gears seem to stick, when we told them they gladly fixed and reassured us it wouldn't happen again. 24 hour return policy only, so we tried it the next day and it did it again. We returned to the store to return the bike. Staff acted like we were crazy, that there was nothing wrong with the bike and made us feel bad for wanting to return a faulty product that they could not deem faulty. If you are ok getting subpar service or just browsing, check them out! But if you have any issues, they don't seem to be on your side. I feel bad leaving a poor review since the staff did try to help us quite a bit, it just seemed like they didn't want to help.
