Charlie is always very professional and courteous. There's no complaint whenever Charlie is sent to do service. Connor went above and beyond in troubleshooting the issues with the humidifier on the furnace and why it wasn't yet working properly. He was courteous, polite and professional. Jeremy was very thorough, professional and courteous. He was very patient and understanding after explaining the recent passing of my husband then having a fall myself breaking my pelvis. It hasn't been a very good last 30+ days. It was reassuring knowing Jeremy was here to handle the issue. Thanks again Summers HVAC for being there and having awesome staff! Charlie took the time to show me the proper way to install the humidifier filter into its frame and back into place. My husband is no longer able to perform any household tasks due to his traumatic brain injury so I am learning more of these tasks. Thank you Charlie for your patience in showing me the correct way! A great employee!
