Experts in ghosting candidates. First signed up with Love Success around this time last year. As all recruiters do, they feed you the dream. Agent asked if she could send my profile around to potential recruiters to try and build up some interest. Sure, no probs. Didnt realise she was going to send my CV back to my current employer with my name and all personal details completely visible. Only found out because someone from HR copied me into the response to love success telling them how highly unprofessional it was and that they wouldnt choose to work with an agency that couldnt adhere to basic data protection and didnt even bother to read the first role on a candidates CV. Good start, should have learnt my lesson here. Nearly a year later I am back in contact with another agent who calls me with a role and asks if I could get there on same day for an interview. I go, I have a reasonable interview. Agent says she will call me back in the week to let me know how I got On and if the employer would like to see me again. That was a month ago. I have sent several emails and have called the office a few times, not a single response or acknowledgement of my existence. Cheers ladies!

Great communication when they need you but as soon as they found a person for the role I was going for, the recruiter did not even bother telling me the position was filled via my email or call. Been waiting for the phone to ring all day as the position was meant to be an immediate start!
