Olga: I'm so sorry to read this- this is certainly not our standard customer service, and obviously not acceptable. We strive to offer the best customer service to every customer - or visitor - who walks through our doors. These are obviously difficult times, but that is no excuse for poor service, and I will be speaking with our staff about this.

The staff was very rude. I was in the store earlier today, found shoes for my husband, asked the store clerk when they were closing to make sure that my husband could stop by later to try them on. I was told that the store would be open until 6:30 pm. We came back at 6 pm just in time to see the same guy locking the door in front of us. This time he said they were closing at 6 pm. Well, we got the shoes the same night online for much cheaper and with no hassle. Lesson learned!

Bad Service. I have been in the store many times, but this will be my last. When I walked in 3 people at the cash register looked right at me as I walk in but no one said a word. I got no help with shoes or boots. I did buy some socks because of winter but I will go to another store to get my socks and what makes it worse I come all the way from Watertown on the train and I am disabled. I watch how I am treated vs white women coming in getting a, "May I help you". Being an African American Women these days is tough (2018). Don't mention the eye shop down the street, an experience much worse.

This is a small, well organized store with a variety of products. It is in the heart of Brookline. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. You can purchase in the store or on-line. I highly recommend it.
