We're sorry you had such difficulties. Looking back at our call logs, we don't see any text messages from you except one message this morning, which you sent one hour prior to your review. Unfortunately, we cannot respond to messages in less than an hour if seeing patients. There seems to be a communication problem here that we can rectify. We have seen thousands of patients for primary care who continue to come back and appreciate our unique services. That day was particularly busy and we had multiple patients waiting. We try our best to balance the time patients need and also the time patients wait. If you want more time, please feel free to book a visit and we can continue. We would not charge for this additional time. Update: We left multiple messages and have not received a call back from you. We also have a log of all calls and only see one call from your number on the day of your visit, 2 hours before the visit and the text you sent an hour before posting the review. I will take the liberty of refunding your payment and feel free to come in at any time to discuss things further and we can show you our call logs.

I had a video visit to establish primary care.The doctor gave me less than 10 minutes to talk and asked me to disconnect stating he had other patients waiting when I was discussing an ongoing issue with my health. They mentioned they will send me a script for a test, they didn't. I texted them as well as I called them to follow up within a few days but haven't received any response yet. Probably not the best doctor for primary care.
Sorry for your experience. On review of your original orders, they are correct. Quest did not bill correctly. Thus, the issue is between you and Quest. Likewise, if you had an issue with a bill from a hospital, that would be between you and the hospital. Since you were billed by Quest, you can definitely come back for a refund of your initial lab fee at anytime. (we cannot issue refunds to credit cards due to our system) We have helped over 4500 patients and have saved people over more than $400,000 in healthcare costs. We stand by our goal to continue to help and decrease barriers for people to access care. We will charge about 1/4 of what other Urgent Cares cost. Again, feel free to stop by for your refund. I don't like saying strong words but this place is a fraud. I had a heart symptom for which I was told to get a blood test. I've been told it would be cheaper to purchase the test directly off the clinic since I had a high deductible plan (which turned out not true, which I highly suspect Dr.Wong knew). Thanks for the lesson - don't buy what the clinic says, just use your health plan as is. Then I was charged again on my insurance, and while it is unclear whose fault this is (iHealth / Quest) the iHealth representative shows this arrogant and unpleasant attitude throughout discussion. Very unhappy overall, meddling with people's money. ----------------------- UPDATE: So the representative was quick to check this review, and he/she withdrew the "courtesy" to help resolve this situation since it seems I don't need the "help" anymore. Still don't see how this is a matter of "courtesy". All I asked for is to confirm to QuestDiagnostics that there is a correction to be made. Stay away from a place like this, everyone.

Sorry to hear that you had a poor experience but this is an issue with you and Sesame Care. You did not go through iHealth Clinic. I encourage you to voice your issues with Sesame Care as that is where you booked your visit and had your issue with a refund. Update: we tried reaching out to you twice and left voicemails so that we could get more information to get Sesame Care involved. Unfortunately, your experience was primarily with Sesame Care, a multi-million dollar company and not with our local, small business. We'd be happy to talk more and see how Sesame Care can make things better. Your initial review mentioned problems with Sesame Care Customer Service that we can try to help with. Update 2: we tried calling multiple times but did not receive any reply or call back from you. We also talked with Sesame Care and some of the details they said do conflict with what you mentioned, so it would be great to clarify things.

We made a telehealth booking through Sesame Care. The doctor from iHealth never joined the appointment. We waited over 1.5 hours but couldn't get in touch with anyone at iHealth. We never saw the doctor.
