Hello, After you called, and we offered the credit (faster then a refund) so you could try the MATTE Fuji Archival Paper prints, we thought we had found a solution for you? It seemed that, since we don't offer any other watercolor stock as an alternative , that is was a satisfactory approach - but it appears that you are not happy with the solution we tried to offer. We don't get may of these 1 Star reviews, especially after trying to resolve a situation - you must have been deeply disappointed. We hope you find something out there, as you noted that your original printer is no longer in business. Best of luck.

VERY disappointed with quality. Throwing my order in the trash. Be aware the ink (per Artisan HD) on the watercolor paper creates an almost pearlized finish - an undesirable end result quality for a watercolor....and the paper quality is a very large pore texture so the image will be more distorted. They were only willing to issue some kind of loyalty points as a credit.

Artisan Colour is the best! Every medium I have had printed with them (whether it is canvas, dibond aluminum, mounts on acrylic, or catalogs) is absolutely beautiful. They are professional and their facility is amazing. They have also worked with some tight deadlines which is hugely appreciated. On top of the great work that they do, they are also just great people to work with! Very highly recommended.

I purchased a print but then realized that it would not be shipping in time for my event. After contacting ArtisanHD, they immediately voided my order and returned my refund. Great service.
