Ms. Fletcher, We are truly puzzled as we looked at your wig before sending it to you and it clearly did not have any of the issues you are claiming. You then took the wig to your own stylist... so we have no idea what happened to this wig there or after that, nor can we be held responsible. In all truth and fairness, there are other parts to this than you realize or have stated. No factory or design house is infallible. Things do happen from time to time. As a wig wearer, Amy takes every client personally which is why she immediately wrote you apologizing for any stress this has caused you and how awful she felt. She immediately offered you a refund but we needed the wig returned. Thats only fair as CreatedHair wanted to personally see the validity of your complaints and the work your stylist did. Unfortunately, you chose not to return the wig, and instead chose to make disparaging damaging remarks about CreatedHair with statements that are simply untrue. This begs the question Why? Why wouldnt you just return the wig and get a refund? Again, truly puzzling And as you know, our Emmy Nominated celebrity stylist, color and wig expert of 16 years is African American. CreatedHair is quite familiar with how to work with textured hair. You paid $1500 for your short human hair wig which Amy gave you at cost as a favor. Shes very honest - so to warn people about CreatedHair we feel is unwarranted and unfair, especially next to all the glowing reviews Amy and CreatedHair have received over many years. This kind of accusation comes when someone feels "taken advantage of" which is not the case here. Amy did nothing but try to find the right solution for you. We wish you better luck elsewhere and hope you find some peace of mind with your hair situation. We understand this is not easy. As you said in your note, youll give this to charity which we are happy about for at least someone else will be able to enjoy it.

Nice lady but be careful. I paid 1800 dollars and came away with a wig that was not customized and the hair is of extremely poor quality. The Human hair wigs are supposedly worth $3000+ but the quality is a $50 value. The caps are well made and thats about it. If youre African American I think you should think twice about this company. I am extremely disappointed and the experience tripled the stress of losing my hair. Very sad.

Hi Amy, this is Terri and I purchased the CyberHair swim wig from you about a month ago. I wanted to reach out to you to say thank you, I am over the moon happy with it. We have been at Lake Mojave on our boat for the past few days and it has worked amazingly. I feel comfortable, it stays in place, its just simply amazing! I dont even have the words to describe how happy I am. Today my hat blew off, my hair stayed in place! Thank you so much. I cannot say enough about my experience with Amy. When I was first diagnosed with breast cancer I was terrified of losing my hair but the minute I walked in and met her, a wave of relief came over me and I knew everything would be ok. She is so down to earth, easy to work with and went (beyond) out of her way to help me. She is my hero and I will never be able to thank you enough.
