I was pleased with there work for a few years, but now I got my last order after waiting a month for it to be completed, with about 1/3 of the shirts not printed, at all. They told me about a few of them, (that they didn't want to print on them due to lines) but then I kept finding piles of shirts just totally not printed. Some, front but not back. Honestly there are just too many print shops in town to get my product back with entire batches blank. Hopefully I can find someone that is as awesome as Asheville T-shirt used to be. Ps, I actually paid for all the shirts to be printed. I'm taking a loss just to not work with them anymore.
From the first phone call to walking in . The whole experience was amazing. Extremely helpful and kind. I was last minute in putting in a special order for gift for my little boy and they fit me it!!!!! Kevin and Caitlin are amazing. I highly highly recommend ATC! If you are considering printing through an online company or going local, stop and read this review! I was in the same situation and am so glad I worked with Asheville t-shirts. I cannot begin to tell you the amount of value they brought when it comes to fine tuning our art work for the actual printing. The entire team there is great and with the help of Deanna specifically, our product turned out amazing because of her suggestions and tweaking of colors & placement. There is so much more than just price to consider (their prices are great too). You get a team of experienced artists and designers that come along with the deal!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF TIME IS OF ANY IMPORTANCE. ORDERED 25 COMPANY HATS ON FEB 23, APPROVED DESIGNS FOR HATS SAME DAY. NEVER RECEIVED A DEPOSIT REQUEST FOR MY ORDER. GOT AN EMAIL ON MARCH 14 ASKING FOR MY DEPOSIT FOR MY ORDER ON 23.I EXPLAINED I NEVER RECEIVED A DEPOSIT EMAIL THAT I WAS ABLE TO LOCATE. ASHEVILLE TSHIRT ASSURED ME THEY SENT ONE. I WAS SENT ANOTHER DEPOSIT REQUEST WHICH I RECEIVED AND PAYED DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY. WAS TOLD SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE WE WILL GET RIGHT ON THEM. CALLED TODAY MARCH 24 TO GET AN UPDATE. WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE APRIL 11 BEFORE THEY WOULD BEGIN WORK ON MY ORDER. CLOSE TO A MONTH AND A HALF FOR 25 HATS. DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST.
