Hello Gigi. I do not recall any remade glasses that were the fault of our optician. Occasionally there will be a prescription change that we will take care of. I believe in your case, we changed both the prescription and the lens style for you. Neither of those would be optician related errors. Why don't you reach out to me at the office to discuss. The doctor is competent and nice. The person making the glasses doesn't know what he's doing. Made my glasses wrong TWICE. A waste of time and money. I'm not going back.

Sorry that you had a bad experience, and I will share this with the owner of the hearing aid business. However, you posted this review for Baldwin Optical. Baldwin Hearing is a separate business. She has her own google page and website.

I am visiting Baldwin county and today I needed assistance cleaning my hearing aids. I felt rudely scolded by the person assisting me. I know that I was not a client and that the service was provided at no charge to me. Additionally, tonight I removed my aids and the insert tip on one was missing. I felt the tip of the other one was still in my ear. I removed it and properly attached it to the aid. While I realize I did not pay for the service it should have been competently done by a courteous person. I was given my initial aids by a friend and he told me to go to the company where he originally purchased for service. Even though I had not paid them a dime I was treated with respect each time I needed help. They always provided the service without charging me. When I determined that the aids improved my hearing you can bet that I bought my new ones from that company. They demonstrated a real concern for my hearing loss and did it professionally. I would not recommend this company for anything!
