- If you cancel the flight LOT will aim to keep almost all your money, even the extra baggage and fuel taxes, which they should refund ideally - Customer service is bizzare, takes hours to respond (visibly understaffed) and has an apathetic attitude - Customer support team either lacks understanding of the LOT policies or has no intention to help. Seemed like I am talking to a bot
