I want to apologize for the frustration with the snowshoe rental you placed last night. We are initiating that refund today and I wish we could control how many days it takes to go back on your card but unfortunately we cannot. I know the frustration really stems that you were able to pay for a rental that we cannot fulfill and I totally get that. These guys couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We rented their large 14' X 17' canvas hunting tent, and they fully explained how to set things up, how to put the stove together, and how to pack it back up again. They were even nice and understanding when we brought the tent back full of snow - it got VERY cold and snowy that week, and the snow did not melt from the canvas before we were able to bring it back.
